RETURN
If the product is damaged or incorrect on receipt, please contact us in a timely manner with related photos or a short video. A request for either a full refund or a replacement item can be made once received into SSS FZ PTY LTD’S Returns Office. The return shipping expenses will also be reimbursed if the return is a result of SSS FZ PTY LTD’S error.
All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 14 days of receiving the order and must be returned in clean and its original packaged Condition A restocking fee may apply (in general 25%)
Please wrap your return in PROTECTIVE packaging for shipment. Otherwise, any scratches or damage done via transit may result in additional fees being deducted.
If you need to return an item, simply email us including your order number, reason for return with some pictures or Videos if possible. You will then be provided with instructions and a return address to ship your item back. All returned items will be inspected to check if you qualify for a refund.
The Refund process can take up to 3 weeks from the date of shipping the item back. This time includes the return shipping time, Internal confirmation and processing time and the time it takes for different banks to process the refund

SSS FZ PTY LTD do not offer refunds under our Refund Policy, however:
If by any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can organize to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the item(s) or packaging until we have exchanged it.
hiBOD will cover courier costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).
We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the proper item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit

In addition to Australian consumer rights, SSS FZ PTY LTD also offer its own 90-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy. This is a “voluntary” policy above and beyond your Australian Consumer Rights and is only applicable to All sales made Online or by Phone without trying the Product prior to Purchase.
We trust that all request for returns are made in good faith. If, however, we have reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.
Please note that all refunds are limited to the purchase price paid for the massage chair less delivery ,installation ,decommission and return costs.
No refunds for the shipping/delivery cost incurred by us will be made. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item safely back to our nominated warehouse.
No refund will be made if the massage chair returned to us arrived without the original packaging and in anyway damaged.
All returned items must be in as-new saleable condition, including all packaging, instruction manuals and accessories.
Please email us at info@hibodmassagechairs.com.au to arrange the return of your goods and to obtain a return authorisation number (RAN). No return will be accepted into our warehouse without a RAN issued by us. you will be provided with return of goods instructions once return request is authorised.
Please note: Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item’s final selling price. The re-stocking fee covers costs incurred by us for processing the order, warehouse handling charges and other related costs like decommissioning and Commissioning of the goods by our Technical Personnel to the Item ready for sale again.
Furthermore, change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return of any goods under any circumstances.
PRE ORDER & PRE ARRANGED ORDERS /CANCELLATIONS
These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our store. Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance and requires a down payment or full payment. Down payment is not transferable or refundable once the order has placed.
On pre-order, we give customers availability-guarantee and sure item stock for them. Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your orders.
All pre-order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns/exchange/cancellation after payment is made.
If in case ,your Pre -Ordered item/s did not arrive to us ,we will refund your money in full
Cancellations for items ordered and allocated to distant or Contractor warehouse for delivery at agreed pre arranged times will incur a 25% Restocking fee for recovery of allocation and Logistics costs incurred.
NOTE: Please email us to get the Correct Returns to address RA number for the Item prior to sending it back.
