Delivered With Care

Depending on your location and the massage chair selected, your hiBOD chair may be delivered by our own delivery team or one of our approved delivery partners.

Within our free installation zones, our team will:

Arrange a delivery appointment
Deliver your massage chair
Position the chair in the agreed location
Assemble the massage chair where applicable
Complete basic setup
Provide a brief introduction to the controls and operation

Outside these zones, your chair arrives ready for easy assembly (usually just attaching the leg section), with phone or video-call help from our team. Professional installation by a local installer can be arranged for an additional fee, quoted on request.

Courier Delivery

In locations serviced by a courier partner, your massage chair may be delivered to the most accessible ground-level point of entry.

Because massage chairs are large and heavy items, we recommend having two able-bodied people available if the chair needs to be moved further inside the premises.

Delivery to a first or second floor may be possible where there is:

Safe and sufficient staircase access

Portable Massager & Small Product Shipping

Portable massagers and other smaller hiBOD products are delivered free to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT. Delivery to WA, NT and TAS is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply before the item can be resent.

Can You Remove My Old Massage Chair?
